Job Responsibility
Supporting the teaching staff to implement the curriculum by providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the classroom
Working with a child’s strengths and weaknesses to support their development and progress
Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children
Requirements
Childcare Qualification (Minimum of Level 3)
Relevant experience of working with children
Safeguarding Level 1

Experience working with SEND
