Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children 1:1, in small groups, and within whole-class settings
Working alongside skilled educators
Help create engaging, interactive lessons and activities that empower each pupil to achieve their best

Requirements:

SEN experience (Highly Desirable)
Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Background in youth work
behaviour management
building relationships
classroom management
communication
de-escalation techniques
empathy
experience in administering medication
experience in managing challenging behaviour
experience with autism spectrum disorders
experience with learning difficulties
experience with social emotional mental health
