Set within a specialist SEMH provision, this school provides a caring, inclusive environment where every pupil is supported through a personalised curriculum designed to challenge and inspire. With a strong focus on "Re-engage, Refocus and Reintegrate," pupils are given a fresh start to rebuild confidence, develop self-awareness and prepare for future pathways in education or life beyond school. Staff work collaboratively in an "us" culture, promoting positive behaviour, emotional growth and essential life skills, ensuring every young person is supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement before transferring into the school's permanent staff team.
