Primary SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support | Local Primary Schools. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £88.92 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. We are seeking dedicated 1:1 Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about child development, neurodiversity, and mental health. You will support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech and Language challenges. Job Responsibility

  • Personalised 1:1 support
  • Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP targets
  • Utilise creative tools such as PECS, Now & Next boards, and sensory breaks
  • Support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO to create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment
