Primary SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support | Local Primary Schools. Location: Swindon & Surrounding Areas. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £88.92 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Are you a patient, nurturing individual looking to make a lifelong impact on a child's earliest years? Job Responsibility

  • Personalised 1:1 Support (implement tailored activities to meet EHCP targets)
  • Sensory & Visual Learning (use PECS, 'Now & Next' boards, sensory breaks)
  • Holistic Care (support social skills, emotional regulation, personal care)
  • Collaborative Support (work with Class Teacher and SENCO)

Requirements

  • Naturally Patient
  • Relevant Experience (school, nursery, healthcare, or personal lived experience with SEND)
  • Strong Communicator
  • Committed (holds enhanced DBS, dedicated to Safeguarding)
