Primary SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support | Local Primary Schools. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £88.92 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. We are seeking dedicated 1:1 Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about child development, neurodiversity, and mental health. You will support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech and Language challenges.

Job Responsibility

Personalised 1:1 Support
Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP targets
Utilise creative tools such as PECS, 'Now & Next' boards, and sensory breaks
Support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs
Work closely with Class Teacher and SENCO to create safe, inclusive learning environment

Requirements

Naturally Patient
Relevant Experience (school, nursery, healthcare, or personal lived experience with SEND)
Strong Communicator
Committed (enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
100% dedicated to Safeguarding and child welfare)
