SEND Teaching Assistant – Specialist Provision

We are supporting a specialist school in the Fareham area that is expanding its provision and is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant for September. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing setting that supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, sensory needs and communication difficulties. The school is building a strong team and is looking for staff who are committed, adaptable and keen to be part of something developing. In this role, you will: Support pupils across the classroom and in small groups; Assist with communication strategies and sensory needs; Help maintain a calm and structured environment; Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
