We are working with a small, specialist SEMH school in the Worthing area that supports secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and trauma-related needs. Many pupils are working below their academic year group expectations, so the school are looking for a teacher who can creatively adapt learning, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence in education again. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join a supportive and nurturing setting where relationships, emotional wellbeing, and individual progress are at the heart of everything they do.
