This role requires a practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for students with SEMH, ADHD, and ASD. You will lead a small class of students with complex needs, designing a bespoke curriculum that celebrates neurodiversity and fosters independence. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in managing complex needs and making an immediate positive impact on vulnerable young people in a highly supportive, structured environment.
