Where Every Milestone is a Masterpiece: Join Us as a SEND Teacher. Are you a 'people-person' looking for a purpose-driven career? Do you believe that every child deserves a champion? We are looking for a SEND Teacher who sees the person before the diagnosis. If you are a teacher who looks past the diagnosis to see the potential, and who understands that "fair" doesn't mean everyone gets the same, but everyone gets what they need-we want you. This role requires a practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for students with SEMH, ADHD, and ASD. You will lead a small class of students with complex needs, designing a bespoke curriculum that celebrates neurodiversity and fosters independence.
