Experience teaching PSHE, ideally within a SEND or alternative provision setting
A strong understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health needs of children and young people with SEND
A nurturing, flexible, and trauma-informed approach to teaching and learning
Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, working confidently with pupils, colleagues, and families
