Job Description

SEND Learning Support Assistant – Waterlooville. Pink Tile Education are working with a supportive specialist setting in Waterlooville looking for a calm, resilient and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join them from September. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with young people who need consistency, patience and encouragement in order to thrive. The setting supports pupils with additional needs including: Autism; SEMH; ADHD; Communication difficulties; Learning needs. You'll be supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them engage with learning, regulate emotions and build confidence throughout the school day. We'd especially love to hear from candidates with backgrounds in: SEND; Care/support work; Residential care; Youth work; Mental health support. Monday – Friday, term time only. Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one).
