Job Description

We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in schools across Wallington, London. This is a general recruitment advert for candidates who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential. The role is ideal for experienced SEND Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, Care Workers, or individuals with transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable people who are interested in working within education.

Job Responsibility

  • providing one-to-one or small group support
  • assisting students with additional learning, communication, social, emotional, or physical needs
  • implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • supporting positive behaviour
  • working closely with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
