Join a committed and forward‑thinking team within a specialist setting, supporting children aged 4–16 with a wide range of SEND needs. Your role will be key in fostering an inclusive, empowering learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide personalised 1:1 and small‑group pastoral support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that foster emotional well‑being
  • Help pupils develop emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and key social skills

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in SEND settings or within focused intervention roles
  • Strong understanding of SEND approaches and a dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments
  • Able to maintain a calm, steady, and positive manner when supporting learning and managing behaviour
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
