Job Description:

Long‑term Sickness Cover | Full‑time | Immediate Start. This lovely, nurturing primary school in Horley is seeking a dedicated SENCo to join their team for a long‑term assignment covering staff absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, well‑led school where inclusion is at the heart of everything they do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate provision for pupils with SEND
  • Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
  • Develop personalised strategies and intervention plans
  • Review and manage EHCP processes and SEND documentation
  • Champion inclusive practice across the school
  • Support staff with behaviour strategies, screening and early identification

Requirements:
