Oasis Academy Don Valley is seeking an inspirational, skilled and compassionate SENCO to lead and develop outstanding provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact within a vibrant, values‑led academy that is deeply committed to inclusion, achievement and community. As SENCO, you will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping SEND provision across the academy, working closely with the Principal, senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to ensure every child is supported to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. You will be the driving force behind an ambitious and inclusive SEND vision, leading both its strategic development and day‑to‑day delivery. With clarity, expertise and compassion, you will ensure statutory requirements are met while coordinating high‑quality, personalised support for pupils with a wide range of needs. Through strong partnerships with teachers, teaching assistants, parents, carers and external professionals, you will create a joined‑up approach that places children firmly at the heart of every decision.
