Position: SENCO Early Years Salary: : Main scale +TLR2b Hours of work: Part time – 0.5 or 0.6 a week Contract Term: Fixed Term ending 31st of August 2028 Closing Date: Monday 18th May 2026 Interviews: to be confirmed Start date : September 2026 Are you a passionate advocate for inclusive education? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery SENCO to lead our SEND provision and ensure every child in our care has the opportunity to thrive. If you have the drive and high expectations to help create a truly ambitious inclusive, learning environment we would love to hear from you!

Lead SEND provision and ensure every child in our care has the opportunity to thrive

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • A positive outlook, be compassionate and a have resilient nature
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Be committed to early years inclusion, being creative and doing things a little differently
  • Hold the National SENCO qualification or be prepared to participate in the course in the next 24 months.
