Requirements

Qualified Teachers Status
Have a sound understanding of Primary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job

Job Responsibility

Combine outstanding classroom teaching with leading inclusive practices to help every child succeed
Oversee the SEND Code of Practice, including EHCP and EHNA provisions, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and supporting pupils with additional needs
