The SEN Year Group Lead will play a pivotal role in strengthening the support, guidance, and outcomes for students identified as SEN K within their allocated year group. This role exists to ensure that these students experience high-quality provision, strong pastoral support and consistent advocacy across their school journey. The postholder will work proactively to remove barriers to learning, promote positive engagement in lessons and secure strong attendance patterns for these young people.
