Job Description

This is a 2-year specialist training programme. You will be equipped with the precise skills and certifications needed to become an expert SEN Autism Teacher. Your start as a 1:1 teaching assistant and develop from there! Located in a magnificent OFSTED Outstanding specialist setting, you will support the primary division, helping children from age 4 with severe and complex needs, including: Autism (ASD) and Communication difficulties.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis
  • Engaging fully in the 2-year teacher training program
  • Providing a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment for primary-aged pupils

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in teaching, care, or as a Teaching Assistant (desirable)
  • Prior experience or a passion for working with SEN/Disabilities (desirable)
