Sen Teaching Assistants – Specialist Schools

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting with learning and classroom activities
• Supporting behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation
• Encouraging engagement and independence
• Working closely with teaching staff

• SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people across specialist schools in Surrey, working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and additional learning needs
• No TA experience required. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from: Care & support work
• Youth work
• Sports coaching
• Nursery/childcare
• Mental health support
• Customer service roles requiring patience, resilience, and communication
• Must have the right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
• Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one

Pay includes 12.07% holiday pay
