We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people across specialist schools in Surrey, working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and additional learning needs. The role includes: • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups • Assisting with learning and classroom activities • Supporting behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation • Encouraging engagement and independence • Working closely with teaching staff. No TA experience required. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from: Care & support work, Youth work, Sports coaching, Nursery/childcare, Mental health support, Customer service roles requiring patience, resilience, and communication.
