Passionate SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted! Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We're searching for enthusiastic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our incredible team! This is a truly rewarding opportunity where you'll directly help pupils learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning
  • Pupil Champion: Providing individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
  • Engaging Learning: Contributing to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
  • A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
  • A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
