Job Description:

A welcoming school in Brighton is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide vital support to pupils with additional learning needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working closely with students on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • helping them stay engaged, confident and supported throughout the school day
  • provide vital support to pupils with additional learning needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and patience
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Nice to have:

  • ability to track progression in attainment
  • background in youth work
