Job Responsibility:
Providing 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
Support students with their classroom routines, behaviour management, and personal care when necessary
Using tailored communication to meet the individual needs of students
Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
Promoting positive social interactions and supporting students' emotional well-being
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN in school, residential, or care settings
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Legal right to work in the UK (essential) and willing to work long term full-time
Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday)
What we offer:
Weekly pay with competitive daily rates: £90-£115
