Job Responsibility
Provide individualised care and learning support to students, acting as a Pupil Champion for their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
Collaborate with staff and therapists to deliver a highly personalised curriculum
Foster an inclusive community where students feel happy and supported
Contribute to an environment that encourages all students to achieve their full potential and makes learning exciting and accessible
Requirements
GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above)
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs, especially those with autism, and a desire to make a real impact
An empathetic, understanding, and patient approach
A collaborative team player, eager to work alongside teachers and therapists
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills
Excellent communication skills
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
