Job Description:

Join Our Team - SEN Teaching Assistant (Redhill). We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team in Redhill. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
  • Supporting behavioural development and emotional wellbeing
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Reinforcing learning and adapting activities where required
  • Supporting pupils to develop independence

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children (SEN experience advantageous)
  • Caring, patient and proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

Nice to have:
