We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role at a school in Blackburn, starting immediately. The school is looking for an individual who understands that "behavior is communication" and can provide a steady hand for students navigating diverse learning and behavioral difficulties. The Role: Location: Blackburn. Start Date: Immediate (following successful vetting). Environment: Working 1:1 or with small groups to create a safe, inclusive, and calm learning space.
