Job Description:

We are an inspiring specialist independent school supporting 90 incredible pupils with Autism (ages 4-19). We don't just teach; we break down boundaries. To keep our mission moving forward, we're looking for a Teaching Assistant / Trainee SEN Teacher to join our permanent team.

Job Responsibility:

  • provide high-quality, sensory-led educational activities
  • working 1:1 or with small groups
  • helping children who may have struggled in mainstream education finally find a place where they can succeed

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • creative and resilient

  • genuine desire to support learners with SEN
