Are you passionate about empowering children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to reach their full potential? Do you believe nothing should stand in the way of a full education, personal development, or physical and emotional wellbeing? Our school is an innovative and creative environment dedicated to fostering growth in young people with a range of needs, including epilepsy, autism, and severe learning difficulties. Our purpose is to help them thrive and become valued members of their community. We offer an ambitious, well-designed curriculum, adapted to meet the diverse needs of all our learners in both School and College, with abundant opportunities for learning both inside and outside the classroom. We are proud of our great facilities that support a wide range of learning and developmental activities. We personalize learning, focusing on 'My' experiences, and tailor our communication approaches to each individual. Our learning environments are safe, comfortable, and flexible, designed for fun and confidence-building. We maintain small class sizes with mixed age ranges to provide highly individualised support. Beyond academics, we nurture independence, teamwork, life skills, physical and mental health, empathy, and a passion for lifelong learning. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our compassionate team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an environment where every young person is supported to grow, nurture their talents, and truly thrive.
