Job Responsibility

  • Providing tailored 1:1 interventions, small group support, and whole-class assistance for neurodiverse learners
  • Helping students navigate educational anxiety, communication obstacles, and sensory needs
  • Collaborating with the classroom teacher to implement creative, interactive learning plans
  • Maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • Valid right to work in the UK
  • Inherently resilient, committed, patient, and nurturing
  • Experience with Autism, speech and language difficulties, or youth support is desirable but not essential
