Sen teaching assistant

• Collaborate with teachers to support groups of students
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain records
• Attend to students' personal needs and offer guidance on welfare matters
• Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development
• Work with students individually or in small groups to support their learning
• Serve as a positive role model for students and colleagues

• Previous experience working with children
• Genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
• Enhanced child DBS check
• Strong behavior and classroom management skills
• Patience and empathy to support students' learning journey
