Job Description:

Support. Empower. Inspire. Join our compassionate team and make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs! Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a vibrant Liverpool school (L37).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
  • Encourage active participation and build student confidence
  • Assist students with behavioral challenges and learning development
  • Support with classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks
  • Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting
  • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • full-time availability
