Job Description:

SEN Teaching Assistant Needed Near Hailsham. Position Overview: Here are Randstad we have been asked to look for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 4, who is passionate about supporting children with special needs. Join this team in a new, purpose-built school facility, and help shape the educational experiences of students across various age groups.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and deliver innovative programs for students not thriving in mainstream education
Implement therapeutic teaching strategies with a nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management
Support students with behavioural, emotional, learning, and social communication difficulties
Inspire and motivate students towards high achievement
Demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
