Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant: Permanent Role in an OFSTED 'Outstanding' School! This OFSTED 'Outstanding' specialist school supports over 80 pupils aged 4-19 years across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary provisions. The school is designed specifically for students with an Autism diagnosis who may previously have found it difficult to access education. The mission is simple: Inclusion, exploratory learning, and safety.

Job Responsibility:

1:1 Support: Work with mixed-ability children within a small, manageable class of 6-8 pupils
Holistic Care: Support both the academic learning and the general well-being of your students
Collaborative Teamwork: Join an engaging, helpful team of professionals dedicated to SEN excellence

Requirements:

Previous experience with Autism or SEN (voluntary or paid)
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Must have the eligibility to work in the UK
A "can-do" attitude and a commitment to inclusive education
