Job Description:

This inclusive and welcoming specialist school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to learners with moderate and severe learning difficulties. The school, recently rated Outstanding by OFSTED, champions a 'working together' and 'everyone counts' ethos. It offers a broad curriculum that nurtures students' physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual growth.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress
Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events

Requirements:

Flexible, resilient and have a positive approach to supporting learners
School, Nursery and or education-based experience
Relevant experience/knowledge of UK SEN settings
Eligibility to work in the UK
