Job Responsibility:

Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning
Pupil Champion: Providing individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
Engaging Learning: Contributing to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
Previous experience working with children with SEN
ability to track progression in attainment
