Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist foundation school. We cater to learners with a wide range of complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). As a specialist hub for Communication and Interaction, we provide an environment where every 'small win' is a major milestone. You will play a pivotal role in delivering both educational and personal support, ensuring our students have the tools they need to thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide holistic support in all areas of learning, including social, emotional, and physical development
  • Empower learners by promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence
