Are you a proactive and caring individual looking to make a real difference in a student's life? We are recruiting a reliable and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN department in Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct support to students with special educational needs in both class activities and one-on-one sessions
Promote student engagement and contribute to their emotional well-being
Keep accurate records of student behaviour and development
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK classroom setting
A valid Enhanced DBS check (registered or willing to obtain)
The legal right to work in the UK
Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
