Job Responsibility:
Provide Direct Support: Assist students with special educational needs one-on-one and in small groups
Encourage Progress: Help students with their academic work, social skills, and emotional well-being
Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment
Track Student Growth: Keep detailed notes on student development and behaviour
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK classroom
A valid Enhanced DBS check is required. You should either have one on the Update Service or be prepared to apply for a new one
You must have the right to work in the UK
A strong commitment to helping all students succeed
