Job Responsibility

Collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and support staff

Requirements
A patient, nurturing, and robust nature-specialist environments require high emotional resilience and a calm, reassuring demeanour
Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (experience with non-verbal communication, sensory processing, or positive behaviour de-escalation strategies is highly valued)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and support staff
An adaptable mindset, ready to step into different classrooms and quickly build a safe, positive rapport with pupils
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
