Job Description:

Two Teaching Assistants Required in SEN School Near Lewes, Sussex - Make a Difference in a Supportive School Environment

Job Responsibility:

You will provide direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment
You will work with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential
You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere
You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities

Requirements:

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
A passion for supporting young people to learn and achieve their potential
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and flexible approach to work
A Driving licence and own vehicle (Car or Motorbike) is a must due to the location of the school
