Job Description:

We are recruiting empathetic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more. This is a rewarding role for those passionate about inclusive education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored support to children with SEN
  • Help implement EHCPs and support plans
  • Work closely with SENCOs and external specialists
  • Promote independence and confidence in learners

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Team Teach or other relevant training (desirable)
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS
