SEN Teaching Assistant

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualised learning plans for students with SEN
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in the classroom and during activities
• Assist students with personal care and mobility needs, as required
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with students with SEN
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Experience working with students with SEN is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undergo training and professional development related to SEN support
