Job Responsibility:

Bridge the Gap: Work 1-on-1 or in small groups to make complex lessons accessible and engaging
Be the Support: Assist teachers in crafting an environment where students feel safe to take risks and learn
Track the Wins: Monitor progress and provide insights that help shape individual learning journeys
Build Connections: Develop meaningful rapport with students and provide a supportive link for their families
