SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Weston-super-Mare). Part-Time | Competitive Salary | Make a Real Difference! Are you passionate about helping children thrive?   • Work across five specialist sites – Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and Alternative Provision – giving you diverse exposure to different age groups and developmental stages
  • Receive ongoing training and mentoring, including Team Teach and Trauma-Informed Practice, to complement your academic studies
  • Build transferable skills in observation, intervention, and tailored support that will strengthen applications for postgraduate study or careers in clinical, educational, or occupational psychology
  • Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Complex Needs
