SEN Teaching Assistant | Life-Changing Career Opportunity. Location: Near Crawley/Lingfield Area. Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term-Time Only). Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (ASAP Start). We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an award-winning, nationally recognized specialist school for learners aged 5-19. Job Responsibility:

1:1 Mentorship: Work closely with individual learners to build their confidence and help them master new skills
Inclusive Learning: Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where students feel empowered to learn
Holistic Support: Support the educational and emotional well-being of 90+ incredible learners

Requirements:

Background in childcare, TA work, or care
GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
Eligibility to work in the UK
SEN experience is a major plus
A calm, nurturing, and resilient individual who thrives in a specialist setting
