Job Description

Are you a caring, reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Worcestershire? We’re expanding our TA pool and are looking for individuals who can support pupils effectively in both mainstream and SEN environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Arrive on time and follow all school safeguarding procedures
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Leave classrooms tidy and ready for the next lesson
  • Dress professionally
  • Support teaching staff with learning activities and behaviour management

Requirements

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN needs (desirable for all roles, essential for some)
  • Classroom or school‑based experience
  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach
  • Good behaviour management
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
