Job Responsibility

  • Utilise your understanding of psychological frameworks to support students with diverse learning needs and emotional regulations
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback that contributes to EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) reviews
  • Build therapeutic-style rapport with students, focusing on social-emotional development and mental well-being
  • Work alongside teachers and specialists to deliver tailored interventions

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology or a related Social Science
  • Previous experience supporting young people (SEN experience is a huge plus)
  • An empathetic nature paired with the emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations
  • A valid UK driving license and your own vehicle
