• EHCP Milestone Advocacy: Keep detailed, empathetic records of daily progress toward Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets
• Independence Coaching: Support students during social times and lunch, helping them master the 'hidden curriculum' of social cues and peer interaction

• A 'Marathon' Mindset: commitment to being a reliable, long-term support pillar
• Resilient Calm: ability to remain a soothing, objective presence during emotional distress

• Background: Experience in care, psychology, youth work, or previous school support
