Sen Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a specialist SEND school in Andover that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including moderate learning difficulties, autism and associated communication needs. The school has a strong focus on creating a calm, structured environment where pupils feel safe and supported. Staff retention is high, and they are looking to bring in a SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis to support increased demand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be fully involved in the classroom, supporting both the academic and personal development of pupils.
