Location: Plymouth Start Date: Immediate This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs, who can provide consistent, calm and positive support in the classroom and around school. About Our School We are a small, specialist secondary setting with: Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios; A trauma-informed and nurturing approach; A personalised curriculum combining academic learning and personal development; Clear expectations centred around being ready, respectful and safe.
